Well, that time of year is coming. The time where the nasty green leaves turn to beautiful shades of Red, Yellow and Orange. It can be such a beautiful time of year, but for me??? I would much rather take a drive in the country to see the green leaves pass me by as I race to the nearest dive site. This is how I would rather take in the scenery…..once the colours start to change…..the temperatures drop and I will continue diving but surface intervals get less comfortable. And eventually the water temperatures make we want to stay at home drinking coffee reading ScubaBoard.
Now there are other problems with the change of the seasons from summer to fall to winter. During the nice weather you are constantly bombarded with people coming door to door trying to sell you everything from cookies to natural gas contracts. Well I started my solution a little late but I think I have a winning idea. What do you think?
Personally I think I have stumbled onto a winning idea.
Now for something else….there is a cave dive site in Florida that is very well known and very popular. It is called Ginnie Springs and apparently every year, dirty tanic riverwater runs off into the extremely clear spring fed water. The effect, when viewed from below is the impression that the surface water is on fire. This is an incredible thing. Take a look here. The first post has a couple pictures of this. Pretty spectacular!
