OK, so this entry is a continuation (or the next chapter in the saga) from yesterday's entry about the usernames and passwords. Well, as it turns out, nobody is willing to help me. The "service" was provided to me by my web host at no charge but is not warranted. This is a fancy way of them saying we built the cost of it into your monthly premium but DO NOT expect us to help you in any way. So, I contact the actual "service" company and they have said that because my account is technically held by another, they will not help me. So basically, I got the shaft by ROGERS again. I get taken to the cleaners with thier terrible cell phone and internet service, and now the YAHOO branch of them have now taken full advantage of me. So, I expect that this entire site will be disappearing in the near future because I am tired of paying for such crap service. Thank you Rogers Yahoo for adding to th already long list of why we Canadians should not utilize you. Let's hope you finally redeem yourself but I am sure that will only happen if....wait....I would swear I just saw a pig fly by. WOW. But they will still not redeem themselves I bet.
