Typical Hazards & things to watch out for
- There is a dive flag anchor in about 15' of water for you to hook your flag onto.  USE IT!!  DO NOT REMOVE IT!!!
- Descend close to shore and ascend close to shore.  Boats in the area often use the flag as a slalom flag.
- The items to see such as road signs are at various depths starting at about 15' and going as deep as about 75'
- An easy dive profile is to start your dive deeper and swimming into the current, then finish drifting with the
current for your safety stop at 15'
- There are instances (rarely) where the currents are almost impossible to fight.  Be careful when this happens.
- There are instances (rarely) where there is a thick layer of silt floating at the surface.  Be careful descending in
this so you do not drop down onto a road sign or something.
